Air Shapes
This task consists of making shapes in the air. Before asking the students to make the shapes, the teacher will show the students a picture of the shapes. The students stand straight, clasp their hands together, stretch their arms out in front of their bodies, and use full arm movements.

Pointing Puppy
Each student will get on their hands and knees on the floor, "like a puppy" with weight equally distributed on all fours. The students will point one arm forward, and raise the opposite leg straight behind them. They will try to maintain this position to a count of five. Then they will switch sides.

Lazy Jumping Jacks
The students lie on the floor, on their backs, with arms and legs close in to the body. All movements start from this position.
